Okay. I'm now angry about feeling guilty about feeling angry at Susan. I ran into her at the galley, and it made me feel all sad and guilty that we aren't talking....which in turn led to me getting angry. I shouldn't feel bad because she was being dumb to me! But I do.

Right. I'm going back to not thinking about all this now.
