...and it was such a good one, too!

So I was struck, quite certainly, by inspiration this morning. I had the perfect title for the mer-Gojyo story. And then I lost it. You see, it was terribly inconvenient because there I was, sitting quietly during church service, with no way of writing it down. (And even if I had had tools, I couldn't have gotten away with madly scribbling down. There were perhaps ten other people, total, attending, and there was no way I could have been all sneaky-like about it, not in the middle of a prayer with a man of the cloth looking right at me.) So it slithered away, and I've spent no small portion of my evening trying to get it back. If I could just jog my memory I know it would come back...

Hmph. I suppose I should sleep on it and come back to it when my brain isn't completely slagged from the unseasonable heat. It was eleven degrees hotter than average today, and I find that a huge difference when it comes to anything requiring brain power or creativity or patience or anything along those lines.

I've been floating along in a trippy headspace lately, and this weather does not help. I'm pretty sure my brains are going to come trickling out my ears if I don't cool down and rest now.
